These terms apply when you use the Patio Vella website and buy products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We may change prices or correct errors at any time before your order is accepted.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and will refund any payment in full.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. Instalment options such as PayPal Pay in 4 are subject to the provider's own terms and eligibility checks.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery options across Australia. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Timeframes are estimates only. Please check your order on arrival and tell us promptly about any damage or missing parts.

5. Returns, refunds and warranties

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Manufacturer warranties of 1 to 3 years apply to many products. Coverage depends on the product and is shown on the product page. Warranties do not cover normal wear, misuse, incorrect assembly or damage from extreme weather where care instructions have not been followed.

Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion and may require the item to be unused and in its original packaging.

6. Assembly and use

Many items require assembly. Please follow the included instructions and observe any weight limits and care guidance. Outdoor heaters, fire pits and BBQs must be used in line with the manufacturer's safety instructions and local regulations.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
